Welcome to Waypoint Aviation ("Waypoint Aviation," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, booking services, enrolling in programs, or participating in any Waypoint Aviation activity, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Waypoint Aviation provides aviation education and related services, including but not limited to:
- Flight instruction
- Discovery flights
- Ground instruction
- Youth aviation programs and camps
- Scholarship guidance and mentorship
- Aviation seminars and workshops
- Membership and community events
2. Eligibility
Students participating in flight instruction must meet applicable FAA requirements.
Minors must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required registration forms, waivers, and permissions before participating in any activity.

3. Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled by appointment.
While we strive to accommodate preferred dates and times, schedules are not guaranteed and may change due to weather, maintenance, instructor availability, FAA requirements, or other operational factors.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected situations arise.
To respect instructor schedules and aircraft availability, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full instructor fee and any applicable aircraft reservation fees. No-shows may be charged the full scheduled lesson amount.
Waypoint Aviation reserves the right to waive fees in cases of genuine emergencies at its sole discretion.

Safety is our highest priority.
Lessons may be delayed, shortened, or cancelled due to:
- Weather
- Aircraft maintenance
- FAA restrictions
- Instructor determination
- Air traffic or operational concerns
6. Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Waypoint Aviation accepts approved payment methods listed during booking.
Outstanding balances may result in suspension of future scheduling until paid.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
7. Discovery Flights
Discovery flights are introductory educational experiences.
Discovery flights are not guaranteed flight lessons or enrollment into a training program.
Flight duration may vary due to weather, aircraft performance, air traffic, operational considerations, or safety requirements.
8. Flight Training
Waypoint Aviation provides instruction under applicable FAA regulations.
Completion of any course, certificate, or rating is not guaranteed.
Student progress depends on numerous factors including preparation, attendance, study habits, aptitude, weather, aircraft availability, FAA testing, and individual performance.
9. Flight Simulator
Simulator sessions are intended for educational purposes only unless otherwise specified.
Simulator time does not necessarily qualify as FAA-loggable flight time.
Users are responsible for treating equipment with care.
Individuals may be held financially responsible for intentional or negligent damage to simulator equipment.
10. Youth Programs
Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical, emergency, and contact information.
Participants are expected to:
- Treat instructors and other students respectfully.
- Follow all safety instructions.
- Care for equipment and facilities.
- Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the program.
11. Scholarships & Mentorship
Scholarship guidance, mentoring, and application assistance are educational services.
Waypoint Aviation cannot guarantee scholarship awards, admissions, employment, or selection into any aviation program.
12. Memberships
Membership benefits may change as programs evolve.
Membership fees are billed according to the selected plan.
Memberships may be cancelled according to the terms of the selected membership.
Benefits are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
13. Photography & Media
Waypoint Aviation may photograph or record events, classes, camps, seminars, and activities for educational and promotional purposes.
Participants may opt out by notifying Waypoint Aviation in writing prior to participation whenever practical.
Separate media releases may be required for youth programs.
14. Assumption of Risk
Aviation activities involve inherent risks.
By participating, students and participants acknowledge these risks and agree to comply with all instructor directions and safety procedures.
Additional liability waivers may be required before participating in flight activities.
15. Website Use
All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, educational materials, and branding remain the property of Waypoint Aviation unless otherwise noted.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Waypoint Aviation is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external websites.
17. Privacy
Information submitted through our website is used to provide requested services, communicate with customers, process registrations, and improve our programs.
