Do I need to be a Waypoint Aviation student?
No. The simulator is available for rent to non-students, though may be subject to a higher rate.
Can I log the time toward my rating?
Not at this time. Our flight simulator is not an ATD for logging official time.
However, it still offers high-fidelity, risk-free training for students and local pilots looking to perfect tricky scenarios. And it is a much lower cost and more accessible, making it a great practice tool.
